Processing and Delivery
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipments destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. We do not ship our products to international destinations.
Turnaround Time
Most orders ship within four (4) days, excluding weekends and holidays. Large volume orders and embossing seals may take an extra day. Special order items such as Custom Band Stamps may take an extra 2 business days.
Delivery Time
All orders ship from Oklahoma via the shipping method you choose at checkout. Our default shipping method is First Class Mail. If you need your order fast, please choose an expedited shipping method.
Standard Shipping (First Class Mail): Orders should arrive 2-5 business days after we ship.
UPS Ground: Orders should arrive 2-4 business days after we ship.
UPS 2nd Day: Orders arrive 2 business days after we ship
UPS Next Day Air: Orders arrive 1 business day after we ship
If for any reason we cannot process your order as submitted or the item you ordered is on backorder, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.
